  1. Do you have a physical store or are you only online?
    Latashasy operates exclusively online as a U.S.-registered business based in Phoenix, Arizona. This allows us to offer high-quality products nationwide with efficient fulfillment. We currently do not have a physical store.

  2. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number directly on the carrier’s official website (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to track your shipment.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept PayPal only. PayPal offers a secure and traceable way to pay using your preferred method (credit/debit card or PayPal balance).

  4. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
    Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy page for complete details.

  5. How can I get updates on promotions and new arrivals?
    You can subscribe to our newsletter during checkout or on our homepage to receive updates on new arrivals and exclusive offers.

  6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
    Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before shipping. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact support@latashasy.com for assistance.

  7. I ordered more than one item, but I’ve only received one. Why is that?
    Sometimes, items are shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to speed up delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

  8. I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
    Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t locate your confirmation email, contact us at support@latashasy.com and we’ll resend it.

  9. What are the delivery fees?
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
